RGB is not RGB'ing & one fan not lighting

Hello friends,
I bought a pc yesterday, it is \~1 year old.
It came with one fan not lighting, they all spin tho.
The fan that doesnt work is the upper watercooling fan
If I play around with the cabeling I can get the upper fan to work but then the lower one doesnt work, I dont know why.
Also, I downloaded SignalRGB but it only changed the RAM color, not the fans, I can only change the fan light by using the button on the case.
Im not allowed to post pictures.. If you are a rgb pro and want to help me I would be glad to hear from you in the dm's so i can send somepictures..
If you can tell me what infos i can give you without posting pictures so you can help me id appreciate that lol,
Thank you very much
Specs for the interested:
Ryzen 9 7950x3D 16-Core
Asus Prime X670P WiFi Mainboard
be quiet! PURE POWER 12 M Model: L12-M-850W
Arctic Freezer III 240 Dual
32 GB DDR Crossair Color 6000 CL36 (for now 36 ok maybe ill sell it and buy 30 for few bucks when pc gets older)
1 TB m2 SSD 990 Pro
For gpu i bought 3080 for 300€ but i had to buy the power cable seperately coming tomorrow. Maybe Ill sell it and buy a 4070-s for +50€. For 1080p should be fine. Big upgrade potential i know, but i wanted am5 not am4 so i can easily and cheaply upgrade it in 3 years for example.

Which specific case? Your statement that you can only change the fan light by using the button on the case implies that your system is in a case controlled mode. With many systems the user is expected to hold the case button for approx. 3 seconds to turn over control of all of the argb devices to the motherboard and any software like SignalRGB. This assumes that the lighting for all of the devices is connected to a hub inside the case and that the hub is connected to one of the motherboard's argb ports.

Its the fractal Pop Series I think its exact name is "Air", so the medium one of the 3 (one mini, one medium and one xxl) Ill try the trick thank you

As with most cases, the manual is almost useless. It shows how to power the controller and change the lights but says nothing else. So it will be up to you to figure out if there is a argb cable from the controller to the motherboard or if you are expected to disconnect the primary argb cable from the controller and connect that to one of your motherboard's 3 argb ports.
With the cooler fans, where you say you can get one or the other to work, the part of their cabling where they are supposed to daisy chain together may be damaged beyond repair. So you may have to run argb extension cables and splitters from your motherboard argb ports to connect the fans individually to a motherboard argb port.
As a last resort you could consider buying a Nollie8 argb hub and some argb extension cables and connecting each cooler fan and each case fan individually to the Nollie8 which would allow you to control the color of each fan separately in SignalRGB.

Thank you very much :) I made it work right now by connecting the daisy to the addgen2 slot on the mainboard instead of at the button, and then activating the rgb in bios. Now it works beautifully. And who knows why, but both watercooler fans now magically work lmao
Do you have an idea on how I can get the power on button to be connected to the other rgb's too, because as of now I can only change that little led "strip" (or button..) with the case button

There's nothing in the manual about the button other than the diagram on page 14 showing a standard 2 wire Power LED connection. Perhaps someone in the Fractal Design subreddit might have some ideas.

Sounds like it's just a faulty fan. They're cheap to replace, but you'd have to figure out if they use proprietary connectors, since they seem to be wired into the case.
Can you read the exact fan model number off the fans?
Fake_Markets@reddit (OP)
Its the original arctic freezer 3 240 fan,
the 3 other fans are fractal housing fans
It does work, they just dont work at the same time. If one works, the other doesnt. I dont know why

Try connecting the fans to the argb headers on your motherboard instead.
You could post some pics to imgur and link here, that would help.
Could you explain exactly what your did when playing with the cables?
Fake_Markets@reddit (OP)
Soo the fans have 3 pins (3 pins and one is closed off) but the argb header has 4 pins, thats why im not sure what to do.
tybuzz@reddit
From the motherboard specs, it looks like it has both addressable 3 pin headers and non-addressable 4 pin.

Which power on button are you talking about?
Fake_Markets@reddit (OP)
Well the one you press to start the pc, right at the top in the front right corner, next to the button that changes the light and mic/headphone 3,5mm
tybuzz@reddit
You probably can't change it's color using the motherboard, unless there's a 3 pin argb connector somewhere in the case you can plug in.
