I received an email from Amazon yesterday stating my ridstar q20 is being recalled and that they are doing refunds. Anyone else get the same email?

Amazon is doing it. They already gave me my refund. Alot faster than I ever expected.

It was a full refund for the entire bike. 🤣 I thought the same until it actually hit my bank account. Even the 290 dollar shipping cost was sent back to me. It sucks that us as consumers expect the bare minimum, but amazon is doing right on this, and they didn't even make the bike.

Not surprised that the Chinese company peace'd out, I honestly had no idea the bike I've been riding 5 miles to work and back everyday, was recalled a month ago lolol, but the rear motor is starting to mess up on any small little bump, so this is honestly the best thing that could've happened for me 🤣 I got a good 2000 miles out of it within the year I've had it.

Why are you spreading this? If you got the email and thank it's fake then delete it.. Just go to your profile on your Amazon account the way you normally do and navigate to "Your recalls and Product Safety Alerts." You will see it there if you bought your Ridstar from them.

My ridstar is two years old and works perfectly it has a ul certification tag on the batt. I call bull shit.

Call it whatever you want. Amazon already approved my refund including shipping fee. It was like 859 bucks in total
