Has anyone else seen stickers saying "WHERE BEN?" Or know what they mean?

In my area (Nottinghamshire) at least they are on quite a few road signs but can't find anything about them online.

a lot of these things become interesting specifically because there is no explanation. if someone eventually revealed it was just ben from mansfield trying to amuse his mates, the mystery instantly becomes less entertaining than the collective confusion around it.
