İşkembe Çorbası, tripe soup. Do you have this in your cuisine? Have you ever tried it?
bruhmanbruuh@reddit
Πατσάς ( patsas).
Cheap and good for you , what else do you want?
jaunmilijej@reddit
Sounds like paça which is another type of soup in Turkey tho
bruhmanbruuh@reddit
That's trotter , the leg.
Patsas the food is made from both ,or the stomach only.If it's only the legs , it's " podarakia "( little legs).

It’s called tripe soup and it’s the most disgusting thing in the Albanian cuisine (followed closely by kulureci 🤢🤮🤮🤮).

Patsas is love patsas is life, inject it into my veins.
Mestintrela@reddit
I have even eaten it in Portugal but there they also add beans and carrots.
CookieMax@reddit
You can find it even in Central and Eastern European cuisine. Known as Kuttelsuppe in Austria or Flaki in Poland as examples. Personally, I love it, but the stomach needs to be cleaned REALLY really well, or else it will taste like shit.
rogomatic@reddit
Flaki is a tomato based stew, though. Still good.

Yes but I’ve never eat one, it’s pretty controversial, some people love it, some people hate it

Oh, I can't stand the smell of that—let alone eat it! The smell is disgusting. I know it's a popular dish in Turkey, but many of my cousins don't eat it either. Their husbands like it, but our side of the family doesn't.
puzzledpanther@reddit
Yes and it's fucking shit

You have 24 hours to apologise before the grey wolf committee finds you. 🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🐺
Kitsooos@reddit
Yes. They eat it in southern Italy as well btw.
JufffoWup@reddit
шкембе чорба, food of the gods.
Double-Aide-6711@reddit
Yes, the Roma Balkans love it, but this is the first time I've seen it in a soup
No-Championship-4632@reddit
Yes, disgusting, the only thing it's worth is masking the hangover and helping the recovery due to excessive sweating (since it's normally served hot and spicy here).
ThickCaterpillar9867@reddit
Yes paçe jn albanian
Unable-Stay-6478@reddit
Yeah. And I don't like it.
TheArdeleanul@reddit
In Romania, yes.
