ULPT How to make someone lose election for Mayor?
Posted by FirebirdWriter@reddit | UnethicalLifeProTips | View on Reddit | 38 comments
My abuser is running for mayor in a small town. This is terrifying because that's a human trafficking complicit abusive person. They're actually dangerous but I am also not wanting to forgo my safety. So how would you make sure the town knows their son is a murderer? That they're a friend of Epstein? That sort of stuff. They're a diagnosed narcissist too. I am panicking right now because I'm terrified of what they will do with that power
harveytent@reddit
Sure as hell what ever you do do not leave any marks or a thing behind. Take your tips from here, delete your shit. Crete new accounts. Only do untraceable things. Those are major accusations so be careful.
Going to the police is still your best option although you can slide a frozen piss disc under his front door and for major concerns and liquid ass squirted on his ac intakes on his car is the cream on top of revenge.
GhostWalker134@reddit
It always makes me chuckle when people with real problems come to the home of piss disks and milk injections looking for help.
saucity@reddit
I'm curious, but, would I regret looking up whatever the fuck those are?
Wooden_Artist_2000@reddit
Frequent flyer here. Freezing your pee in a frisbee so it’s disk shaped and easy to throw somewhere, and using a syringe to inject milk into someone’s couch or mattress. It’s just ways to create smelly and hard to trace or/and clean up problems.
saucity@reddit
Aaaahahaha!! That milk one is so evil! love it. Thank you.
It's gross, but not as horrifying as I might've expected from Reddit.

Find someone with the same name to run against him.

Gotta be honest. I try to understand the victims that dont want to come forward but a part of me is like there are millions of people willing to protect from one fucking idiot. Could you please just say the idiots name so the REST of us arent in danger too?
saucity@reddit
This is a controversial take here, but, from my old social work job as victim's advocate, it is not the victim's responsibility to do anything that could put them in harms way; re-traumatize them; or, take any action at all that they don't want to.
After escaping something like this, people are traumatized as hell, and possibly in control of their lives for the first time in a long time.
If they don't want to go to the police, they shouldn't feel pressured to. And, (in my experience), the police are AWFUL about crimes like this. Those interviews are brutal, and the police are combative, scary, ignorant, and often don't believe what they're being told. "But what were you wearing, though? What did YOU do to provoke this?" blaming the victim.
Many, many people who've been through it do not, or cannot come forward, for a variety of reasons - like their own life/safety, privacy, mental health, or simply, their personal choice.
I 100% see the other side - I really do. There's no justice.
but, when you've been to court with people who've been abused or assaulted, so many times, and seen what happens, and how long it takes just to likely end up losing after months/years - it's fucking awful for them.
and, the "justice" system rarely takes the side of the victim of a crime who comes forward like this, especially after the fact.
Many judges have said right to my face, and to my clients: 'domestic / mental abuse isn't a crime'. They're right about mental abuse (in WV anyway) but that doesn't make it any less damaging.
And, don't get me started on what the police say... I've heard abhorrent things in police interviews with assault victims, and they often don't take the victim's side, either. (Look up "60% and police".)
So, genuinely, it may not be safe (could be lethal, honestly) to start up a court battle or police drama with an old abuser.
It's NOT fair! To the world; to the survivor of abuse; and, to let pieces of shit like this 'get away with it'.
However, it's the sad reality of these crimes; how they're prosecuted; and our ridiculous, horribly corrupt, and unjust police/court system.
Ok-Repeat8069@reddit
When that idiot has the power to ruin your life even further, not many of us are willing to be revictimized by the reporting process for the slim hope that someone might take us seriously. When you know or suspect that members of law enforcement are at the very least complicit, if not outright participatory?
Turns out people place more credence in their own belief that they don’t know anyone like *that* than on any evidence presented to them that yes, in fact, they do.
Without incontrovertible evidence they will never be prosecuted — and even with evidence, the accused usually has more connections, more power, more money.
We see how men who are on video assaulting an unconscious woman only have to say “she wanted it” or “did you see what she was wearing?” to never see the inside of a courtroom.
We see what our communities do to those lying whores who tried to throw mud on a man’s good name.
We see how our friends, our family, continues to shake his hand at church every Sunday, and then reassure us that they do believe us, they really do.
The onus is not on the victims, it’s on every person to say “I know he’s a deacon but I don’t shake hands with rapists.” To say, “I don’t care if he does own half the land in the county, he’s a worthless sonofabitch.” To say, “but what about *her* bright future?”
Because until we start hearing that we will continue to do the only thing that will keep us safe — keep our mouths shut.

Similar thing happened in my town - genuinely very scary, abusive, sex-weirdo neighbor creep, ran for mayor.
I am NOT a gossip, but, small towns are tight-knit, and word travels fast. Also, it's not 'gossip' if it's a PSA, warning the community.
I warned everyone I could about him, especially at our 711, our tiny local bar, the post office, everywhere locals hung out or had to be. (Just not in writing. And, only you know if this would be safe to do in your case or if it would get back to the abuser and put you at risk.)
He'd been harassing me, and about 5 other women/neighbors, one of which was an elderly widow, he air dropped a jerkin' it video to. I could go on and on. So gross, and the police/CPS, no one official would help us.
turns out, most people had their own disgusting horror stories about him, and were delighted to share in the PSA.
Someone told me he flagged down her car to offer free horse lessons, in exchange for sex with him. Ohhhh I told everybody that one. He's abhorrent.
Is it possible this person is already a well-known piece 'a shit around town, and doesn't stand a realistic chance?
Or, are they one of the extra scary ones that is "friendly and charismatic", and you'd never know?
This must be extremely stressful. I'm sorry you have to deal with this fuckin' menace in any capacity, and that you still feel threatened.
AssDimple@reddit
People hang out at the Post Office?
immersemeinnature@reddit
I live in a small town. Standing in line to be served can take forever because so and so is catching up with the mailman, who's the second cousin of the person she or he is talking about...
saucity@reddit
Exactly!!
Once, I was at the 7-Eleven waiting in line, and this woman was going off, all mad, talkin' shit about this other lady in town.
Then I went to the post office… and the other lady was there, talkin' shit about the 7-Eleven Lady lol

this happened in my home town. people got together and wrote a significant list of charges and statements from victims and the dude is well hated all around the state. he has facebook groups made for just hating on him bc he’s a lunatic. ofc he didn’t win thankfully. just be safe to protect yourself and other victims. much love.
beegproblemzzz@reddit
Is he the leading candidate right now? If he isn't then, you probably dont have to actively sabotage him. If he is, that might be even more dangerous. I don't think he would take those sabotage attempts lying doen if he gets into the mayors seat.
Optimal_Shirt6637@reddit
Do you have a town Nextdoor and Facebook page? Start making fake accounts and posting. It might get taken down but it’ll start people talking who do see it.
miss_six_o_clock@reddit
My small town Facebook group allows anonymous posting. Would be great for this but the moderators can see the identity of the anonymous posters.
HommeMusical@reddit
You should practice wheat pasting on a board at home; you can get so you can put up a poster in literally five seconds, and half an hour later, when it has dried, it will be hard to get off.
https://crimethinc.com/2017/07/18/a-field-guide-to-wheatpasting-everything-you-need-to-know-to-blanket-the-world-in-posters
Remember, it's better to put up a dozen posters and not get caught than to put up a hundred posters and be in jail.
Always wait a few days between wheat pasting exploits. Don't go back to an area you've hit for at least a week, if not more.
throwaway46787543336@reddit
Do not print this up on your home printer
like_Turtles@reddit
Buy one in cash, use it, throw it
TheDreadGazeebo@reddit
Yeah I see old printers at yardsales all the time for basically nothing. Usually they just ran out of ink
HommeMusical@reddit
Maybe that's good advice.
The local sheriff's office doesn't have the jurisdiction or the technical knowledge to potentially track down any potential tracking dots from a printer, if they would even survive the wheat paste process, but still.
I think if you use a cheap laser printer like the Brother, then you're pretty safe: tracking dots aren't really effective in B&W, and wheat paste definitely obscures fine details.

Does the town have a sub-reddit? How about a Nextdoor, a Facebook page or an Instagram site. Also, use X
These social media platforms are great for posting information about the guy. Only post information that you believe to be true - but make it clear why this guy is dangerious.
Do not exaggerate - not because it is unethical, but because to be effective, you need to be credible.
You will need to make fake accounts on all these platforms - and use a VPN to help mask your identity. Do it all from a browser in incognito mode. If you post any pictures that you took, learn how to delete the meta data.
DocGaviota@reddit
If your town has a reddit sub, start posting anonymously there. Keep the messages short and to the point. Reference or link to any articles with negative stuff on the guy. Do the same on every social media you can post on anonymously. Don’t get sued.
