Back in the day, the Internet was full of posts about all the different ways men had discovered to get off with their penis. Folks who had no penises or micropenises due to biological sex, amputation, injury, or birth defects couldn't use these. If you didn't have a penis, you used the shower head or you used a pillow. There were no bananas, rubber gloves, mattresses, pool noodles, filling scrotums with water, and the like.

I myself am resigned to using the back massager, a slightly less common tool. I have a habit of moving my hand up and down on it because it is very smooth and hard to get a grip on. It recently occurred to me that this is the same motion men use to jerk the penis. This got me thinking: what if there was a strap-on or a feeldoe that vibrated its base when you applied friction to the penis part? It would be very useful for roleplay and it would solve the age-old problem of women feeling no stimulation during pegging. I'm this close to trying to get the idea patented.
