The dough is actually just about perfect (as it can be).
Cook covered until firm on med-low, then flip. Add hot toppings&sauce (again, because stovetop), then cheese until melted. Relatively good tbh

Ahhh I see. I’ve done this with pita bread, roasted tomato pesto, and smoked mozzarella. So good
