Help with orange light on the motherboard

When I built the computer last year I didn’t really know much and I left an integrated case fan and the CPU RGB disconnected. Today I decided to finally connect them and now they work perfectly, but an orange DRAM light has appeared and I can’t access the computer. During all this time it hadn’t happened and I don’t think I’ve touched anything enough to cause it. I believe all the cables are connected properly, I don’t know what to do.

reseat the ram, orange is usually dram

That light usually means a memory error of some kind, try reseating your ram and clear the cmos of your motherboard, if it still fails to boot then remove one stick of ram and just try booting with a single stick.
Also can you provide a list of your hardware specs such as the cpu/mobo and ram.
