did i break it? pin on motherboard can't seem to bend it back

insert CPU and when I push down lever it made loud sound and had to check

even after the fix in the picture I touched it up a bit more before finalizing to see a post. it works beautifully, thank you very much

Used sewing needle to try to bend pin back everything seems to be aligned and not touched

It looks pretty good. If you want to be really careful, first look up the socket pin chart and verify its not a pin carrying voltage that could cause an issue if it is touching another pin.
Or, throw caution to the wind and carefully place your cpu in the socket, and lock it in place.
When you lever the lock, an LGA socket makes a kind of soft crunching sound, as all the pins are depressed into the socket a little at once.

From that blurry picture showing part of your cpu socket, it does appear as if you may have a bent pin, and it might be touching another pin in the socket.
