ShimizuKaito@reddit
He's not exactly subtle about how much he loathes it.
mz_groups@reddit
Beverly appears to be enjoying it . . .
Lost_Balloon_@reddit
"I'd like twelve chocolate sundaes."
tacosforsocrates@reddit
“*These* aren’t *my* colors!”
BigMrTea@reddit
😆 🤣 😂
CubicRelevance@reddit
That picture looks like she's taking his temperature the rectal way
Choice_Chocolate5866@reddit
I'm pretty sure Doc did the ol' surprise DRE in this scene.
So Q was THRILLED
Just_BrianK@reddit
Q either got a better appreciation for humans, or figured out new ways to screw with Picard. Probably a little of both, but mostly screwing with Picard.
Aggravating_Mix8959@reddit
His favorite pastime.
Q also liked screwing with Janeway.
Sisko: nope.
Just_BrianK@reddit
"You hit me. Picard never hit me."
Parallax2799@reddit
I'd hate it too if that's what they gave me to wear.
Aggravating_Mix8959@reddit
Those aren't his colors.
Dawningrider@reddit
Once he gets his powers back, I can see him every now and then being human again, and trying things Picard liked. A night at the theatre, tea at a cafe he develops a fancy for.
And he will never EVER admit to it.
Aggravating_Mix8959@reddit
Tea: Earl Grey, hot. At a cafe in Paris.
tsukiyomi01@reddit
I'd hate being forced to wear that jumpsuit, too.
thorleywinston@reddit
Enjoyed: Sex with Crusher
Hated: Sex with other Crusher
Puzzleheaded_Pipe_48@reddit
for a deity, he was a huge baby lolz
PhysicistDude137@reddit
Duh he hated it. Immortal one moment and then put into a frail body.... yuck
Lost_Balloon_@reddit
"Having to *bathe"!
Effective-Board-353@reddit
"Too bad!"
NeiClaw@reddit
Q was such a self-flagellating masochist. He probably secretly loved being human so he could complain how much he hated it.
much_longer_username@reddit
I once saw a hiking/outdoors company promote the idea of type one and type two fun. Type one fun is the fun we all know - it's fun when you're doing it.
Type two fun is the sort of thing where the whole time you're doing it, you're muttering about how it sucks and this rain is bullshit and my feet hurt...
... and then you sign up to do it again next weekend.
I think mortality was type two fun for Q.
gravitasofmavity@reddit
I always suspected something of the sort. He doth protest too much for someone who chooses to interact with humans on any level. Omnipotent characters can be tricky but I feel like they really landed it with Q
davwad2@reddit
I don't remember exactly what he said about sleep, but I remember laughing hysterically at it.

Yeah, that's it. Funny stuff.

bangbangracer@reddit
After the success that was Secret Wars, Marvel did a sequel. In Secret Wars 2, The Beyonder made himself human and went to Earth. During his time on Earth, Spider-Man had to explain to him how to poop.
I remember watching this episode and wondering when that was going to happen.
Kazzlin@reddit
"Without my powers, I'm frightened of everything." I don't think he liked it.
Atticus_Fletch@reddit
He is making my "thank you for the strappy-slappy" face. Conclusion: brat.
Forward_Tie_9941@reddit
Did you watch the episode???? He was pretty clear on not liking it.
Beautiful-Cabinet364@reddit
That s because he’s a tsundere.
RedditOfUnusualSize@reddit
What must Q do to convince you Redditors?!
Ralph--Hinkley@reddit
Die.
RedditOfUnusualSize@reddit
Oh, very clever. Eat any good books lately?!
BigMrTea@reddit
One might say it is his primary concern
Spats1e@reddit
And that, Mr Q, is what we call a prostate
Venidle@reddit
Because first thing he did was get a stupid job instead regular Tuesday night orgy in Rikers quarters.
Hefty-Notice-5841@reddit
Lmao, imagine him getting his first boner and going to Beverley with that one 😂
gwhh@reddit
I highly doubt the Q people give him an above average one. Or even an average one. Wait tell he founds that one out.
I_only_post_here@reddit
I can't fathom how he would have understood how to hold his bladder straight away
ShimizuKaito@reddit
Same way he knew how to stand and walk. A Q did it.
BigMrTea@reddit
Oh! Oh! I know this one! Because bladder control is an involuntary process, you don't have to concentrate to hold it in. You just do. Only when it gets ultra full do you have to squeeze the pelvic muscles through conscious thought.
PhotocytePC@reddit
Good point! Even before his stint with mortality he was constantly taking the piss
OldManYellAtCloud@reddit
he makes it clear that he has he didnt enjoy it. he likes humans (somewhat) and picked up some "human" traits but he never desired to be mortal.
trer24@reddit
"I'm sure your patients recover quickly...to get away from you"
JusteJean@reddit
No one enjoys being at the Dentist while your teeth are getting drilled into.
But when all of your friends are complaining about needing root canals and gum transplants, you discover appreciation for the unpleasant experience.
zigs99@reddit
I think someone should go on the Star Trek cruise next year and ask John DeLanice directly.
Expensive_Guidance95@reddit
We can 100% assume he hated it, with the only positive being his interactions with Data. The nearest 1:1 I have for "Contextual Framing" would be, imagine you go from being how (I ASSUME) you are now where you're fully ambulatory, then suddenly as a "punishment" you are bedbound completely, you only have the ability to look around (With minimal head movement), speak, smell/hear and control your bowel/bladder movements.. Oh also to boot random pains will crop up across your body (ranging from itching to aches) which you cannot alleviate yourself.
This isn't a great 1:1 but it sets you into the mindset he has going into this. He has lost all his "Control", he is vulnerable and completely reliant on others and it's as a punishment for things which in his mind would feel overblown or unwarranted.
AllPowerfulQ@reddit
It was an interesting experience but one I care not to repeat. Can't see how Continuum thought I wasn't fit to be a member. Afterall the bits fun I created as I bounced around the cosmos.
