What's the difference between this and a 308 bolt? I thought they were identical?

If my 308 has occasionally pierced primers, would the smaller hole of a 6.5 BCG help or hurt the situation?

It would probably help — but only if your pierced primers are from primer flow/cratering around an oversized firing-pin hole

This seems pretty similar to an LMT 308 BCG. I’m not sure if the enhances has double ejector or all bolts have double ejector.

I was looking at some bougie Rubber City Armory carriers and even they’re doing nitride 9310 bolts. Would that still be worth worrying about on a $300-400 BCG?

On the one hand, the AR15 bolt geometry ia what makes it to fragile and sensitive. On the other, AR10 os the same geometry in different size but higher bolt thrust.
I would want something I was more confident in.

Any thoughts on the RCA titanium AR15 BCGs? Went to a 3 gun match and now I’m reading up on what I need to do to get my rifle shooting like the folks there

The bolt isn't titanium. Just understand that race guns aren't magic. The biggest difference isn't low mass, it is super weak ammo.
If you are okay with a dedkcated build for that, go for it.

Hmm, fair enough. Would there be a noticeable difference otherwise running a lower mass carrier properly tuned with "normal" ammo? Or would that be nearly indistinguishable from tuning the gas on an existing standard mass setup?

It would be worse than a normal or high mass setup. Like playing baseball catcher with a handball glove.
What you may be able to do is buy cheap low power off the shelf ammo like Tula steel case and get a small part of the benefit of handloading and tuning down the gas.

The double ejector version of Toolcraft's 6.5 Creed bolt has been unobtainium for a while now. if you're in the market from one, remind yourself of that, swallow hard, and pull out that credit card.
