Even in North Korea, someone’s in your parking spot

Selling cars makes sense to capture more money from the rich. I doubt there are more than a token few EVs because North Korea has major supply issues with their electric grid, so most people use tiny solar panels. They import gas/diesel from Russia and China, so for those who can afford it, I assume that's much more reliable.

Most people in there are living poor conditional, they even don't have perfect electric grid in whole country.
