I am going to hazard a guess that these are in-fact Turkish clones perhaps high quality examples but the idea that Russia at this juncture would even purchase only the pictured examples at double the current Ukrainian entire load out cost for assault troops seems unlikely especially given what we know about Russian military procurement

Probably yes, these are most likely hunting shotguns. Here in Russia I own an Ata Arms Pegasus, which is a copy of A300 series. It works well, never had an issue with it tho
