“Mind Control” is already here and is already used in international and domestic intelligence operations. The integration of Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) Radio Waves, Microwaves, and Artificial Intelligence has led to perhaps the most advanced breakthroughs in human history. It can be used as a covert communications tool, collection tool, or a lethal or nonlethal weapon- all in the same package. When this novel advanced technology is experienced, its attempted verbal explanation sounds almost identical to paranoid schizophrenia. It enables ultimate safety, deniability, and collection abilities in contested environments- especially in Smart Cities. When you live in the United States, the counter to freedom of speech is often classification or over-classification to keep it out of the public domain.
