PC died not starting again

As you can make out from the title my pc shut itself down two months ago, at the time I was playing Civ 6. After some consulting with AI, I figured that my power supply had an issue. Since I was quiet busy at the time I delayed repairing it.
The problem is, whenever I press the power button, the only thing that shows a sign of life are my RAM sticks, as their RGB lights up. No fans, no other RGB light up, not even the indicator at the power button starts to light up.
After installing a new power supply the issue remained. I tried reseting the BIOS by connecting the CMOS pins for 15 secs and by removing the battery of the motherboard for 5 min. I also tried manually starting the PC by connecting the Power sw pins. All of that with and without my GPU installed.
Currently I'm at a loss of ideas, did any of you ever face this problem or have any remaining ideas?

You did replace all the cables after putting in the new PSU yes? Ram RGB means nothing about it working, I think mine still worked after one of my sticks broke
