9800X3D Cooling Advice for a Portable mATX Build

I'm currently deciding between the DeepCool Assassin IV air cooler and a 240mm AIO for my new PC build.
My main concern is portability, since I want to carry my mATX PC onto airplanes fairly often.
I'm wondering whether the Assassin IV would be enough to keep a Ryzen 7 9800X3D under control during gaming and heavy workloads.
The build will also include an RTX 5080 and five case fans.
Does air cooling would be the safer and more practical option for frequent travel, or would a 240mm AIO still be worth it?
I am struggling for several days.

Did you choose a case? Because I'm pretty certain most case won't fits IV

Yeah, I have pick one, I sure the case will fit IV

I don't know if you seen it In real life but that the IV is big as a human head

Listen man I own a 9900x and I used thermalright assassin 120 SE and it sufficient enough to cool it at 60 under load with undervolt.

Are you sure that you are talking about SMALL, LIGHTWEIGHT & PORTABLE PC???
And returning to the topic - YES! DeepCool Assassin IV will keep your 9800X3D cold. For travelling it will be much better and safer than AIO cause no risk of leaks during transportation. And 5080 also should be air cooled and each relocation you must remove it and transport separately.
