I dont understand coding

So I have taken btech in aiml and im in my first year right now. It is going to get over in 2 weeks and my semester exams are going to start but I find myself lagging behind when it comes in coding. I seriously cant code i feel like my brain turns off or it is way off my mind. I have data structures using c programming and Introduction to python this semester and im not able to understand the logic. I always sit and put effort to learn and I learn nothing.
I just use AI to give me answers so that I can submit my online homework before the deadline as I have no option. So can someone give me a proper roadmap on how I can understand logics and start coding well. And also websites and youtube channels to refer while self studying.

I'm not sure what kind of answer you're looking for, here.
Maybe it's not for you?
Maybe your teachers suck? Try to buy a course on Udemy or just watch videos on YouTube and see if you can pick up more that way.
Definitely don't use AI or you'll never learn anything, if that's your goal.

I felt the same in first year. What helped me: stop watching tutorials, start solving small problems yourself daily — even 10 lines. When a problem feels big, break it into smallest possible step and solve that first. Ask seniors freely — they have been through this. Struggling with code is not failure, it is how understanding builds. CS50 on YouTube is the best starting point

There is zero benefit in going private as you lose the opportunity for getting peer reviews. Also we have had plenty of people return after going private (despite being warned) complaining about how they were ghosted after some time or being tricked into buying rubbish that didn't work and even if it did they didn't need.
Our Rule #11 demands that any and all communication happens in the open, public subreddit.

I'm not sure what you expect here, you're offloading all the thinking to AI and wondering why you aren't learning anything. It's really no different from having someone else do the work for you and wondering why your skills don't mature. Start thinking and working through problems, that's the roadmap

I'm also facing the same problem. I really hope someone could provide any guidance on this.
