Is this torque arm taking as much... Torque as it can? Or does it need to be reversed??

Looks like it is doing its job. I would put red threadlock on the nut.

I would use blue threadlock instead of red.
No use making tire removal any more difficult than it is.
"Blue is for temporary, removable bonds on parts requiring maintenance."

Red without primer is basically a better blue. So I use red on all bolts that are torqued to over 15nm that I want super safe. Any full sized tool can remove.

Yeah it looks like it’s basically doing its job but I’d still double check it’s fully seated in the dropout and snug. Little bit of threadlocker on the nut wouldn’t hurt either just for peace of mind.
