Is this a good combo?

Are these component good or can it cause bottleneck? And how much u guys think it’ll cost in total including a decent case and and fans PSU?
Intel Core i5-14400F
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8GB
32GB DDR5 5600MHz RGB RAM
1TB NVMe SSD

solid combo, no real bottleneck. 32gb ddr5 is overkill for gaming, 16gb is fine nd saves money. total with case fans nd psu probably 900-1100 usd depending on brands

GPU a bit weak

I would not get the 14th gen Intel CPUs, if you’re gonna use DDR5 just get AM5 with something like a Ryzen 5 7500F or something. That will you can upgrade it in the future. The rest should be fine.

Seems very standard and balanced for a budget build, though a 8 GB GPU might be questionable if you're doing anything but 1080p. It would help if you provide the resolution, ideal fps, and games/tasks you want to do.

Well, my monitor is 1080 at 160hz

In that case this will probably be good for you, don't see any issues in bottlenecking. Keep in mind you're using a intel CPU that is on a dead platform, so upgrading your CPU in the future will be much more difficult.
The build itself is fine, but if you want to spend like 40$ more you can get a 7500F with faster performance and much more upgradable. If you're not the type of person to keep upgrading then you obviously wouldn't need to, your setup is balanced already either way.

Do you think $800 will be enough?

32gb of ram is like 500$ alone, not even close. Your build probably is at least 500 (ram) + 300 (gpu) + 170 (cpu) + 200$ (nvme) + 300 psu, case, motherboard, cooler
and these are very, very low estimates is 1500$. taking the minimum costs I could find for all of these and rounding down. Do you have a hard budget? I could try helping swapping out parts, but DDR5 builds are really expensive right now
