First time build

First time builder here and was hoping to get some feedback on these two builds. First build prioritizes a better CPU and the second build prioritizes a better GPU however with a cheaper option for storage and power supply. Feedback on this Monitor which I’ll most likely be getting for this build would also be greatly appreciated thanks.

-for gaming on 1440p you dont really need a better CPU, but sure if u can upgrade to 7800x3d or 9800x3d.
-cheap and good dual air cooler.
-i agree with you on the mobo, thats the cheapest good b850 mobo. (u can get b650 and save like 50$)
-ram prices in your country pcpp seems not accurate find u this hope its really available, just get and 6000mhz cl30 (or under) with amd expo and not silicon power...
-same tier drive as the sn850x
-9070xt is between those 2 cards that u picked, but value it is A LOT better.
-better case for same price.
-u dont need 1000w psu and defiantly not for that price, 850w is way enough future proof, your build is now only 470w.
