My girlfriend just changed jobs and her new office is kind of a nightmare to get to. No good public transit options and parking is insane. I suggested she try biking to work instead. It took a bit of convincing since she hadn't been on a bike since she was like ten. She tried my bike and said okay she'll try it.

We went to a local shop last week. She finally went with this Venus and we went to a park last weekend to practice. Honestly I expected it to take way longer. But within the first hour she was already getting comfortable, and by hour two she was lapping me and acting like she'd been riding for years lol

She's already planning her route to work. Safe to say she's hooked. Now we can finally go out and ride together.
