Any feedback on this budget build?

My intention is to replace my gaming laptop Gigabyte Aorus 15P XD (GPU is fried) mostly for some 1080p gaming and light editing. Trying to keep it close to a $1000 USD. I'm getting my storage from the laptop as it has a 1tb M.2 nvme ssd on it that is in perfect conditions.

Have you looked up the cheapest 7700XT you can get in your area? I've a feeling that alone could take up the rest of your budget, and you don't even have a price for the case or SSD yet.

Prices for the 7700xt (used/ refurbished) are around $360-380. Case im getting is around $50.
