Part 135 interview prep

Howdy y’all. I’m currently a CFI in AZ and am approaching the point in my flying journey to start interviewing with some 135 job opportunities. I was hoping to pick some people’s brains on interviewing. This’ll be my first airline / 135 carrier interview so any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Every single 135 is different. What kind of operator is this?
The universal guidance for entry level flying job interviews: they know you don't know anything, don't pretend like you do. They know you have no experience - neither does anyone else who is applying for these jobs. The reason they're interviwing you is to determine whether you are a normal, well-adjusted human being who is capable of being a friendly, professional representative of yourself, your coworkers, and the company. And they also want to make sure you're not going to be a nightmare to spend 8+ hours/day to work with.
