Should i upgrade my motherboard MSI Pro B660M-E DDR4? Pair with i7-14700f

My Current Pc Build :
- i7-14700F
- MSI Pro B660M-E DDR4 (MS-7D46)
- RTX 4070 Super
- 32gb ddr4 ram
I upgrade the processor and gpu from i5-12400f and RTX 3060ti, but never thought of mobo, i see some online info regarding the mobo might bottleneck my CPU. Need advice on this. How bad is this?
i plan to use this pc for 3 more years, mostly playing games like Crimson Desert, Monster Hunter Wilds, Nioh 3, Resident Evil Requiem, Cyberpunk 2077

the 14700F is a good idea, but it's a very hot CPU, you need a good cooler

Yes find a used board B660/760 or Z690/790 DDR4 with at least 12-14 phases and a VRM heatsink. It should work in the interm but might struggle under sustained Multicore load.

It is solid for the games you listed. Should last 2026-2030 if you have good air flow etc.

Load up HWInfo and see if your CPU is power throttling. If it's not then there's no reason to change your motherboard.

Absolutely no. You will spend way too much upgrading to new parts and/or anything DDR5 RAM based for it to be worthwhile.
