pilot career

I’m interested in becoming a pilot, more than interested as i’m about to start working towards my private pilot license. How hard is it to start becoming a instructor right after you get your license to teach(300 hours i believe of flying) and after you reach 1500 hours is it as simple as reaching out to an airline and applying? what’s typically the time between being hired as a pilot and being an instructor that just reached 1500 hours.

No offense, but just browse the recent posts from the last year and a half. Every freshly minted pilot is asking the same: it’s shit right now. It’s not impossible, but if you can just pay as you go to avoid debt, that is the best approach. There are very few jobs, and none that will allow you to live, fly, and pay back the predatory interest rates especially since you will likely need to relocate just to get an entry job.
