Future PC build

Hi, I currently have a HP Omnidesk M02 0224 and i'm planning to upgrade it in the future. My budget is $1k USD and I asked Gemini what parts I could get.
List:
GPU: Sapphire PULSE RX 7800 XT (16GB VRAM)
Motherboard: ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2 (Standard AM5)
Case: Montech AIR 903 MAX (All Black Mesh)
Power Supply: Corsair RM750e 750W (80+ Gold Modular)
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Assassin X120 Black
RAM: 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR5-5200 (Crucial/G.Skill)
I only started getting into computers several weeks ago so I'm pretty new to this stuff. (Never built a PC in my life)
Please tell me if these parts are good for a pc or not. I'm keeping my CPU and SSD from my HP Omnidesk. Thanks!

The parts there are a little outdated price wise, or at least it won't fit in a 1k budget with the RAM. I made the below build also assuming you reuse the RAM. With a bit more budget in future you can perhaps resell the current RAM and get a 32GB kit instead.
I used a RX 9070 here, but you can also go for something cheaper like the 9060 XT 16GB, though for the ~$120 difference you lose a lot of GPU performance (the 9070 is roughly 50% faster). If you want Nvidia there is also the RTX 5070 or 5060 Ti.

I should definitely aim for the RX 9060 XT but I don't think I need 850W because my current cpu and the 9060 XT use like 225W so ill use a 650W PSU. Here is the updated list:
GPU: ASRock Challenger RX 9060 XT 16GB
Motherboard: MSI B650 GAMING PRO WiFi ATX
PSU: Corsair CX650M 650W Semi-Modular
Case: Lian Li Lancool 207 ATX Mid Tower
CPU Air Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE

Sure, you can do that. It's more that a good PSU can easily last you multiple builds, so I tend to recommend a PSU that handle a lot more so you don't have to buy a new one in the future, since the price difference on 650W to 850W is also quite small.

What is the CPU? Because depending on that you might end up with a bottleneck

AMD Ryzen 5 8500G w/ Radeon 740M Graphics i believe it will bottleneck it
