Blue is a windows specific color scheme. Try Ubuntu's Eggplant purple with an orange logo or the other way around.

AFAIK you can just change the accent colors in Ubuntu to blue and this wallpaper will fit right in. No change necessary.

Fun fact: that Windows 10 wallpaper wasn't digitally created. It was an actual photograph. They created it with a window cutout, a backlight, and fog machine.

My friend once hacked our school computers, installed a bunch of games, and changed the splash screen to Tux blowing up the Windows logo with a rocket launcher that said, “Linux pwns ur a$$”.

They were able to get rid of the splash screen, but weren’t able to get rid of the games. He had the highest privileges possible, installed games on the shared drive teachers used for everything, then made it read-only. If they removed the drive entirely, it would come back the next day. This was like 2005, so teachers/staff were mostly not computer-savvy.
