CFII Interview With Auburn University

I’ve got an interview with Auburn next week. Interviewer mentioned to bring an EFB to brief possible approach plates. Has anyone interviewed or works here currently have a gouge on what to expect? Thanks!

Do NOT work there. Horrible leadership. Inefficient management. Incredibly toxic and accusatory culture. Weird assistant chiefs who act entitled. Favoritism exists among the ACFIs and their instructors. For this hiring period I’m hearing they will probably ghost you after the interview anyways. If you haven’t heard back for a month or two, you can always send a follow-up email and they might then actually slap you with a rejection notice.

This may or may not be true but it’s probably not the market to be turning down CFI jobs. Take the job and move on to another CFI job if need be.

They still have a program? Damn, didn’t they loose their 141 status multiple times?
