Not to justify the downvotes, but sometimes things seem too absurd to be true especially when you can't be sure whether you're being trolled or not. I remember once someone asked what that metal strip above the A320s doors is, people correctly answered "a rain gutter". The original asker didn't believe and kept arguing he's being trolled because a rain gutter on an A320 seemed easy too outlandish to him.
