True. People don’t understand that Californians arguably have better lives than the rest of the US and it’s not even close. Being lower class in CA still beats out everywhere else. It’s fucking crazy how high the quality of life is for them.

I mean, the weather's nice. I sat on the beach yesterday and ate a hotdog. But other that that, I don't know that it's much different than anywhere else.
The quality of life is just better than it ever has been, including for low income. That's why people aren't going to revolt. Life just isn't that bad.

My own personal Uber driver that will take me to the local watering hole to exacerbate my gout.
I rent (technically section 8, you rent it for me) and literally don't have to lift a finger to fix anything, just call someone to come and fix it. Hot showers on demand at any time I want, don't have to pay some much monkey to haul my feces away.
I collect welfare, so I'm just taking your taxes. I don't even need to do anything except for once a year to reapply. I don't even need to be a land owner.
My "disability" is just obesity.
I can hook up with any fat redneck meth head... And she still has better teeth and hygiene then your typical aristocrat 100 years ago.

Wha has to happen to seriously bring about change? What would we even do when we get to the point of changing things? What laws or rules would be enacted to improve the quality of life and economy so that people’s lives improve and are fruitful?

Not reallly. We had revolution before third world/first world were a thing. It's about injustice. And humans are incredibly tolerant of certain things, so long as you can justify it for long enough, they'll endure. Life is very different from "bread and circuses" only. That's the thing we forget.
There's decades of psychology that boil down humans as groupthinkers with everchanging morals and flimsy principles that can bend under the right pressure. The majority will do what the authority tells it to do. Covid was exactly the test for that, worldwide. Technology makes it easier to bear.
Guys here with >190IQ aren't immune, just pretend to be a playable character in a NPC world. Even less agency because it's doomed.
