Anyone use safepass.me? Curious on what others think if its worth it or look for other options...

We are looking at MS Entra Password Protection, but worry its a tad limited, and may not work in some situations. Also looking at SpecOps, I don't like this product due to having to have an agent on machines to get the pop-up window of details on your password fails.
From my understanding safepass.me does this, without having to have an additional agent so curious if this is correct.
Also I've not had ANY LUCK getting a hold of safepass.me its like requests go to a void, which is my next question. For those who DO use safepass.me how is the support and service? I'm waiting 15min for someone to respond to their website chat, the phone # just rings and then disconnects the last 3 days, and putting in an inquiry form hasn't been responded to in 3 days as well...
With those indicators alone, i'm willing to throw safepass.me in the trash, but i'm on a deadline and need soemthing for just this year till we can budget a better larger solution....
If there are any other options i'm open to suggestions, just looking for group feedback as I don't have time to deal w/ sales people and their marketing junk 😄
Thanks All!

Honestly if you’re already struggling to reach support during the evaluation phase, I’d treat that as a serious signal especially for anything identity/password related. Good support matters a lot more once password policy enforcement starts affecting real users and lockouts.
