We now have a literal tossup in the contest for Kentucky's 4th congressional district. Do you think liberty will prevail on May 19?

What’s brought the sudden spike for Massey?

This primary is so much bigger than Massie and I pray he wins not just for himself and his fellow Kentuckians, but to prove Americans still have fight left in us. A movement is brewing right now like something I’ve not seen in a long time. This primary is a statement on what kind of country we have. One where foreign interests decide our elections, or our own people.

If Massie loses, you think he’ll run for President?
GolfOscarYankee69@reddit
No I think he knows he doesn’t have the national reach. He’s still pretty niche. However I think he’ll gun for governor then pivot to President
TheKorndawg720@reddit
I think he has a better shot if those who follow do our part and tell the people who he is.

Ron Paul couldn’t move the needle in 2008 or 2012. Milei in Argentina is the rare exception because things got so bad.
Massie has too many things working against him to win a national election. He’s relatively unknown, the older voters wouldn’t install him in a primary, he’s nerdy and doesn’t have the charisma to win in debates. I love the guy don’t get me wrong, but he’s not built for the presidential race.
Hell the American people don’t want to be free. We love our taxes and entitlements.

Sad but realistic take

I pray for that man everyday.
Good luck Kentucky, we are all rooting for you!
I’ll be over here moving through hell and high water to get rid of Lady G over here in our state…

This race is crazy man. Most expensive primary in the history of the U.S. House. As of 1:57 pm ET, the race is 50/49 in favor of Massie on Polymarket, and 51/50 in favor of Gallrein on Kalshi. It doesn't get any closer than that.

The Kalshi one is probably because Trumps son is on the board.

I sure hope so...

If Massie loses because baby boomers are too brainwashed to love Israel then we’re way more screwed than we thought
browni3141@reddit
Still time to donate for those that want to help him out. Opposition is having money piled into their campaign to run attack ads on Massie.
Money wins elections. Our system sucks.

I sure fucking hope so. We’re all worse off if Massie is no longer in Congress, regardless of the state we reside.

Really hope our boy squeezes this one out. Whether he wins or loses, though, he needs to be a factor in the primaries for 2028. His chance of winning is slim, but if he gets enough momentum to push the GOP platform toward Liberty the same way Ron Paul did, I'd take the incremental win.

If you're wondering why the odds changed so suddenly today, it's because a new poll came out this morning showing Massie's opponent ahead by 5 points, and 8 points when leaning votes were included.

It's just one poll though and there are a lot of other factors that are going to come into play besides poll numbers in this election that is still one week out. Do you think the people of Kentucky will do the right thing in the end and re-elect Massie?
