2018 GMC Yukon Longevity?

I'm looking at a 2018 GMC Yukon SLT. It currently has 156,000 miles which is much higher than I'd typically entertain. Looking through the Carfax it noted that at 103,000 it had a torque converter replaced, valve body overhaul/sealed, transmission rebuilt and transmission fluid changed. What is the likely longevity of a vehicle with that background? Is that something I could expect to get toward the 300,000 range?

If you do 5k oil changes AND either a) get lucky or b) do a DOD delete, then yes you can get 300kmi out of the engine.
6L80s are about a 100k transmission unless you tune them and keep ahead of maintenance.

DOD lifters go boom.
If you don't know what you're in for, I'd stay away.
