5070 ti fan startup problem HELP PLEASE

ONLY the right fan goes crazy on startup and stays like that for like 5 or more minutes. I tried reseating the GPU, cable is fully plugged in, BIOS is updated, and the fans are all clean. GPU works as normal under load after the fan settles down.
Do i need to contact ASUS at this point?

That's definitely frustrating with a new 5070 Ti! First, double-check all power cables connected to the GPU, especially if it uses multiple connectors. Try reseating the card in its PCIe slot as well.
However, if the fans are audibly struggling or failing to spin consistently from startup, especially with a brand new card, it strongly indicates a hardware defect. Your best course of action is to initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with the retailer or manufacturer immediately. They should replace the faulty unit for you. Don't hesitate, as it's likely a manufacturing issue.

See if you can do an in-store return. If you can't then I would RMA it as having a faulty fan.
