future proof (sort of budget) PC build

I live in the Philippines, budget is around 150-180k php (2k-3k USD) I'll primarily be using this for gaming, for now, but I plan to take the build all the way until I finish College, my course is Mechanical Engineering and I will likely have to run some 3d design software some time in the future, I have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and the basics already, I currently live off of a RX6500XT, 16GB of DDR4, with a Ryzen 5 5th gen, I'm not well versed in PC components, I've been experiencing stutters/lags/crashes/freezes with my current build, and want to upgrade(or completely build a new one) so far I thought of getting an RTX5070, but any help is much appreciated!

CPU - 9800X3d or 7800X3D
Mobo - B850 - don't need to get expensive here, they all have the same stuff. Unless you have specific needs for bleeding edge over clocking, or perriferals just get an affordable one. Asus, MSI. (Stay away from ASROCK with an X3D CPU)
GPU - 5070TI, 5070 will be ok too.
RAM - 32GB 6000mhz, CL30 if you can get it, but it's stupid expensive. Just get whatever RAM you can afford that is DDR5.
PSU - 850 watt, Corsair, Seasonic, or Be Quiet are summer breaks you can go with.
SSD - 1TB NVME PCIE4.0 minimum. If you can manage a 2 TB using bundle deals with other parts on new egg that would be great.
Case - too many options here. Look for good airflow with some case fans for added air flow. I use Lian Li, love their cases.

5070 ti if you can stretch for it
7800x3d or 9800x3d
32gb ddr5 6000mhz (don’t go faster, 6000mhz is the ideal for a ryzen chip)
other stuff is generally preference but this is gonna leave you set for 5+ years

do you have an estimate price on this build?

If you buy the parts yourself and just pay someone to build it? Much cheaper than in store purchase/prebuilt, so I’d be pretty certain around 2.5k usd. If you are willing I’d recommend buying parts on Shopee.
