Should I be worried?

I noticed this today while charging my battery, is it super important or can I rest easy?

I'm not sure what the yellow wire is for, but the black and red are still connected which are the two you definitely need. Once they break, the adapter will short out and your BMS won't be happy.
You should be worried if you can't disassemble it, strip it, solder it, secure it and put it back together. Buy a new charger.

A whole cord disconnected.. on a charger.. yes!! Instant fire

You need a new charger..

Can I get by with it though?

“Get by” isn’t in electricity’s vocabulary (in a whole)
What this could lead to is possibly:
fried BMS = no more power to your hub
Damaged battery cells = possible fire hazard for you and others around you
It is highly recommended to get a new charger or find a friend who is good at soldering. That wire needs to be connected somewhere for possible current to pass I’m guessing.

Would not recommend.

I would take it apart and solder the wire back on but I have a soldering iron so its no problem for me.
You might be better off buying a new one.

It can be repaired if absolutely necessary. But it's a pain to open those things and it's really not worth the effort as they can be had very cheaply. I would buy a new charger. Way less headache and MUCH safer.

That yellow wire isn't yellow wiring

I'm not sure what the original purpose of that wire was. But whatever that wire was doing, it's not doing it now. Get a new charger.
