Urgh. I hate that this always happens.
FratStarStallion@reddit
Oh fuck them
TheTangoFox@reddit
There was someone who posted on Reddit that deplaned with their kid, didn't take kid essentials with them (emergency evac), F9 weren't doing much to help the situation, and $500 credit was all that was offered to the pax.
There's some merit beyond the headline.
neifirst@reddit
And this is why people end up trying to take their bags. Stinginess going to get people killed
TheTangoFox@reddit
Until then, 231 on a 320 sounds doable 🤷
CynGuy@reddit
Plane was an A321
randytc18@reddit (OP)
Yup. Absolute garbage. I understand it inconvieniced your trip but holy fuck...how is the airline at fault?
0------------------0@reddit
Clearly you didn’t even read the article you posted because they are suing officials for not securing the perimeter.Â
nomorewaiting86@reddit
They aren't suing Frontier though. Did you read the article you posted?
nuapadprik@reddit
They are suing the airport.
The future lawsuit will seek more than $10 million in damages for alleged failures in the design, maintenance, monitoring and operation of the perimeter security and intrusion-detection systems, according to the law firms. It will also examine alleged "failures to timely notify air traffic control and to halt operations" after the breach, the release stated.
japes1232@reddit
Pilots should have drifted the plane out of the way like theyre in Tokyo Drift duh
randytc18@reddit (OP)
I completely forgot all runway evasive maneuver techniques once my dpe signed me off.
VisualSneeze@reddit
Did you read the article you shared? They're not suing the airline.
Kruse@reddit
You posted the article, but did you even read it? They aren't suing the airline.
clintkev251@reddit
It doesn’t sound like they’re suing the airline? But rather the airport for failure to secure their perimeter
avboden@reddit
They’re more blaming the airport for failing to secure the perimeter will be curious who is actually sued but yeah it’s dumb either way
Choice-Strawberry-74@reddit
Well, then they better go sue the family of this guy. If they try to sue Frontier Airlines, they’re morons.
Freddan_81@reddit
And the family of the deceased is responsible how?
What a stupid take.
0------------------0@reddit
Try actually reading before running your mouth and throwing out insults.
VisualSneeze@reddit
Well they're not doing that at least. They're suing "Denver city officials". It's in the first paragraph.
Kruse@reddit
They're suing Denver airport officials, not the airline.
soundguyjon@reddit
Sure cause Frontier put the guy there just to inconvenience some people. The absolute entitlement, immaturity and selfishness of people is honestly astounding.
0------------------0@reddit
Try reading. This is your opportunity to stop try to understand things before reacting and throwing out insults.Â
soundguyjon@reddit
Oh you got me good with that one. I’m going to go and sit in the corner and think about what I’ve done.
nomorewaiting86@reddit
They are not suing Frontier.
avboden@reddit
Scummy lawyers will be scummy
younkoda@reddit
Do you not believe that the injured passengers should be entitled to compensation for their medical bills?
Dude_Nobody_Cares@reddit
I could maybe see suing the airport or the estate of the guy who died (if he was rich) but the airline?

It's clear that 99% of the angry commentors in here didn't even read the article.
Suspicious-Gur-8453@reddit
DEN has 30 miles of fence around it. They had a ground proximity alert go off, which they attributed to deers around the fence. Not to mention it was the middle of the night over a mile from the tower. I do not see how that can be attributed as being the fault of the airport.
PGMOL-Cleaner@reddit
Odd. I’d see total sense in suing Frontier for their awful reaction to it (see: that woman who had her baby with her and posted their write up on here). But the airport? Seems a bit much. I get expecting it to have a secure perimeter to a degree but it’s bloody huge.

zippster77@reddit
So the pilots saved their lives with an extremely difficult rejected takeoff, and they’re going to sue the airline?
nomorewaiting86@reddit
They are not suing the airline.
pup5581@reddit
It's America. We need to try and get money out of any situation
clintkev251@reddit
No. If you actually read the article the letter is directed at the airport
bohemian-soul-bakery@reddit
Judge should just throw this out immediately.
shiftyjku@reddit
Of course they do. Someone else’s tragedy should be dollar signs for me. It’s the American way.
Suspicious-Gur-8453@reddit
I hate people that pull this junk. Hope it gets tossed out immediately.
agha0013@reddit
another day, another shitty lawsuit that mostly exists to make some law firms a pile of money for little to nothing.
Designer-Salary-7773@reddit
Probably one some of the pax that grabbed their carry on as they evacuated and /or pushed cabin crew out of their way so they could fuck up one of the evacuation slides ….Â
Due_Explanation5316@reddit
I’d like to know who they are so I can also sue them for the pain of having to read this bullshit.
dhc2beaver@reddit
Murica Baby, sue everyone!
Vortagaun@reddit
Good ole United States of Grift
randytc18@reddit (OP)
So true. How can I benefit from this?
midsprat123@reddit
Fucking stupid
Shit happens
