Is Core i7-12700 good enough for 9070xt

I have two 2k monitor and Google say this is fine for that but I don't trust it . So will old CPU bottleneck my new 9070xt enough for it to matter?

Pretty balanced, don't worry about it.

You might not get maximum FPS in some games but your frames will still be significant. Modern AAA games are becoming more CPU intensive even at higher resolutions. If you have a decent motherboard with adequate VRMs I would save up for a 14600KF next max out your socket.

Everyone who says yes blindly is wrong
It depends on the game
It may be sufficient but not always

This. OP can try running CBP2077 with DLSS, especially with pedestrian density at High. There will definitely be a bottleneck.

Benchmarks.

12700 without K sure is a little bit worrying, I don’t think it can perform close to what a 12700K can but it also depends on the power limit configured in the BIOS

For 1440p, it’s fine.

yes

it's fine. Maybe in some games it'll be a small bottleneck but not enough that you need to go spending like $500 to fix it.

Definitely won't bottleneck.
