Are the temperatures for my GPU and CPU normal? (RX 7900 gre and 7800x3d)

So I'm selling my pc to someone soon and they said they wanted to check the temps of it while running a game when they come to pick it up. I've never cared to actually check because the pc has worked totally fine since I've had it.
The GPU hotspot temp gets to 96-102c when gaming, while the normal GPU temp is like 30-35c lower. And the CPU is around 78-83c. I tested this in cyberpunk at 1440p ultra settings. Those numbers sound kinda high tbh and im worried it might scare the guy off lol, I don't think he knows much about PCs either so might just think big number bad. I tried tweaking the fan speed of the gpu and the hotspot doesn't go above 90c now so I might just keep it like that.

That seems high for the GPU, not sure if AMD GPU normally run that hot or not.
7800X3d seems acceptance. Those CPU rub hour and can withstand up to 95C. If he is worried it's pretty easy to do a -10 to -20 curve using PBO to bring down the temp.

In adrenaline software for amd gpu enable overlay and i think click ctr + shift + O to bring up the overlay. It will show temps for cpu and gpu if not enable them in the settings for metric overlay

Same duo, my 7800x3d never goes above 70°c in gaming (besides shader compilation obviously), but your temps are still far enough from the 89°c limit not to care. I use a large cpu cooler but at low fan speed, so wouldn’t expect it to go noticeably higher than that with any decent cooler
That 7900gre hotspot is high. That card is supposed to run cool, it has a bunch of cores that aren’t pushed as hard as in a 7800xt/7900xt/x. It shouldn’t reach 90°c unless you rise the power limit and/or limit the fans at 30% speed or lower.
Mine (300W model) at stock settings will see 83°c of hotspot and 80°c memory junction maximum at ~1600RPM, at 225W (260W BIOS and -10%PL) 70°c hotspot 82°c memory maximum at 1000-1100RPM. It’s a well cooled model, but i doubt it would make such a big difference in hotspot temps with different models
It sounds like the case is the culprit, does it have sufficient airflow ? 2-3 fans at the front for air intake would help, if you don’t have some already (a cheap 3 pack of arctic 120mm fans would do the job)

That is acceptable range for the 7800x3d. And sounds like you solved the GPU so you might be fine

Agree, especially at those temps, I wouldn't bother messing with any undervolting, could cause instability which wouldn't be ideal when selling a used system, especially to someone with less experience.

Sounds pretty normal for that CPU and GPU.
The CPU temp is fine.
As long as the core temp stays where it is, it's probably not thermal throttling and seems normal. You could check in HWINFO for GPU thermal throttling while gaming or running a benchmark/stress test.
If you're selling it with windows installed and your original SSD, it'd be a good idea to wipe the drive and re-install windows to remove all of your personal info from the system. Ideally you would enable bitlocker encryption before doing a re-install from a bootable windows USB drive to be safe.
The new owner would also be getting a nice, fresh install with no issues.

Thanks I'll try hwinfo and definitely wipe it all

That hotspot is fine. You might be able to lower it with repasting and you can definitely lower it with an undervolt, but I wouldn't be worried as-is.
