Need Help Choosing a Headphone Upgrade

As the title suggests, im looking to upgrade from my Logitech G Pro X (wired) that recently decided to disintegrate on top of my head after 5 years of service. I went down the IEM and studio headphones (Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic, etc.) rabbit hole for the past couple days and narrowed down the things im looking for in headphones:
1) Dont need a microphone because I have a stand alone Quadcast 2 S microphone.
2) Prefer headphones with good imaging since I'll be mostly using them for competitive gaming (cs2 mostly) with a hint of music and movies occasionally (though not primarily).
3) I prefer closed back due to the environment I play in (family chatter in the background) however I have read that will hinder the imaging since apparently open back is preferred. (I could be wrong I learned most this stuff in the past few days)
4) Wireless is highly preferred and battery life shouldnt be an issue since i only play maximum of 4 hours a day after work.
I could settle for wired but I really prefer not to.
5) Comfort for long sessions. With my current headset, my ears get sore after just a couple hours of gaming and they leave a huge dent on my skull so I'm looking for something relatively more comfortable.
6) Under 270 USD (please)
Some headphones I've considered:
Arctis Nova 7 Wireless Gen 2
HyperX Cloud III S
Logitech G Pro X 2 Lightspeed
Beyerdynamic Dt 700 Pro X
Beyerdynamic Dt 770 Pro X
~~Beyerdynamic Dt 990 Pro (or Pro X)~~ (open back)
~~Sennheiser Momentum 4~~ (no 2.4 GHz dongle)

I have the perfect headphones for you as I searched for basically the same.
Sony inzone H9 II (2).
Closed back wireless with very decent ANC that just takes care of so much background noise. They are super light and the most comfy pair of headphones I've used. They use a wide suspended strap and the headphones themselves are very light.
They come with a quality mic which is detachable, and the headphones have a very minimal aesthetic if you care about that. I used to use a stand alone mic but the freedom to be able to walk around while talking won. :)
The kicker; they were specifically tuned for competitive gaming. They come with a game profile that requires no software, though it does have software with an equalizer.
I also play primarily cs2. Lots of clarity and less fatigue.
They sound solid for music and media too.
MSRP was $299 but I've seen them go for under $200.
Sounds like an ad, was just stoked to finally find this pair. :D

Hahaha yeah I wouldn't be surprised if you said you owned some stock in the company, definitely sounds like an AD lmao.
But on a serious note they do sound amazing, ill definitely watch some reviews on it and let you know if I end up buying it. Thank you for your suggestion.

Wish I owned stock in anything. :')
I had been looking for 2.4 wireless headphones with decent ANC forever and then these came out last year. Same drivers as the Sony xms I already owned, and liked..just stoked I finally found headphones that suited my specific needs.
