Sales for the 777X continue to remain strong despite the delays in certification:
> The remaining 103 unidentified orders—50 737 MAXs, 28 777Xs and 25 787s—were all booked on April 24.
The orders are believed to be tied to the President’s visit to China and could be announced as part of a broader trade announcement.
With these 28 new orders the total 777X order book is now approaching 700 while the 787 order book approaches 1,200.

Will any of the US3 go for the 777X? AA could certainly use more widebodies and who knows how much life is left in their 777-200s
