Guys hello i have gtx 1080 ti ita broken fans spin rgb turns on but no schreen do you know how to fix it or if itsnt fixable what price it gonna sell?

Well, it seems like a dead GPU to me. You can perhaps use a multi-meter to do some basic tests. But first, try taking out the GPU. Clean it (also clean the video output ports), and then reseat it. Could be oxidation issue? If nothing works then take it to the service center & see what they can do.

Not reset. Just re-seat it meaning, take it out clean it thoroughly as I mentioned before (probably change the thermal paste etc. as yours might be dried and heating could also be throttling the GPU) and then put it back.

You can replace the fans, but honestly its almost a 10 year old card with no support... id suggest selling it and getting something newer.

If you had used some punctuation then people would know you were saying "it's broken. Fans spin, RGB turns on..." Without punctuation you have a mess of a sentence that people have to guess at what you're saying...
