Compared to the original raregreed FRT15, are these noticably better in FRT mode or about the same?
AlfaRomeoUSA@reddit
Better for the price.
BMF300winmag@reddit
Just get a datum selector and their spring trigger pins
How does the trigger pull feel in semi auto? Is there a lot of over travel in semi-auto? And can you slow down the FRT by holding it down firmly like the original?
The ARC fire you can pin down and it won’t care/ slow down
changen@reddit
All of them slow/stop IF you hold down hard enough. For some rounds and gas settings, it's basically impossible, while for other's on the same lower and same frt, it's very easy to stop.
It's basically just gas settings and buffer weights that determines how well an frt runs. I would personally stay away from the ones you can't stop as it might be construed by the ATF as an MG even if it is actually still a frt.
BMF300winmag@reddit
Nice thank you, some set ups are way easier to choke up like the FRT-90 is very easy to stop the bolt by pinning the trigger down
MK12Mod0SuperSoaker@reddit
I guess the better question is: if someone has an FRT-15 or AS Designs V2, any reason to pick this up (ignoring the 3 position).
Ok_Ganache_9081@reddit
I’ve used multiple of the partisan and they all run like a top.
WombatPower69@reddit
After recently getting an Arc V1.2 and using JP enhanced springs with a milspec trigger, it’s considerably better than my partisan. The safety detent is mushy and the trigger in semi feels like a standard gritty heavy stock trigger. I feel the cassette design is gimmicky in the sense that you’ll likely never move the trigger between lowers (especially if using it with anti-walk pins)
