Judging by the text of the article it seems like these are some concepts suggested/researched by the author of the article in an attempt to solve the issue of ammo capacity and actual rate of fire, most of the "designs" are based on helical-feed magazines of large capacity (120-200 rounds). Author himself acknowledges that another issue surfaces, namely - weight of an SMG with such a mag, fully loaded.
Unfortunately, scans are not of the best quality, so part of the text is barely readable. But mostly it's some guy fantasies on "how to make a super SMG" (kind of).
