Which Is Better ? Kingston NV3 vs Gigabyte 4000E for main SSD (gaming + OS)

Hi guys, need help deciding which SSD to buy as my main drive for Windows + gaming.
My current setup:
- Old Kingston 111GB SSD (around 49% health already 😭)
- HDD for games/files
- Ryzen 5 2600 PC
I’ve been getting stutters in some games (like NTE), and my storage is basically always full.
Now I’m planning to upgrade and these are my options (same price range-ish in my area)
- Kingston NV3 500GB PCIe 4.0 NVMe
- Gigabyte Gen4 4000E 500GB NVMe
Usage:
- Main Windows boot drive
- Gaming (NTE, R6, Steam games, etc.)
- Daily use / school stuff / Video editing
My questions:
- Which one is better for long-term use?
- Which one is more reliable / less likely to degrade faster?
- Is the difference in real gaming performance noticeable
- Or should I just go SATA SSD instead?
I’m not a heavy content creator, mostly just gaming + school work. I just want something stable that won’t die quickly like my current SSD feels like it’s getting old and especially the new game Neverness to Everness ( NTE ) keeps stuttering also Wuwa.
Any advice would really help 🙏

NVMe drives have much better latencies than SATA drives, so at least your boot drive should be NVMe.
The NV3 often uses QLC flash with low durability. Get the 4000E.

THIS IS NOTED THANK YOU SO MUCH ! ! !

So purely between these the Gigabyte wins hands down the Kingston uses qlc chips and the gigabyte uses tlc.
TLC is much better for durability than QLC. You can probably google and find an article explaining it better than I can.
Real World nvme performance vs ssd is hard to tell the difference except for large file transfers steam updates on a game you are waiting to play and a couple seconds shorter loading screens on games using a lot of vram as it transfers information from the drive to the gpu. The SSD HDD difference was night and day Sata SSD to NVME is a much smaller improvement.

Looking deeper into the specs the Kingston is rated for 160TBW and the Gigabyte is 300 so nearly double the endurance rating a good thing you asked!

Appreciate for the help ! it really made choosing easier. I was originally torn between this and the Kingston NV3, I'll be getting the Gigabyte for a more stable/long-term feel.
Thanks again !
