PCIe 5.1 adapter cable too bent?

Hey everyone,
I recently purchased an Asus TUF RTX 5080 card. Since my PSU is not ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 compliant, I need to use the Asus adapter cable.
My question is, looking at the pictures below, is the bend in the cable correct?

That is too much of a bend and the stress on it might cause it to burn becuase of a current imbalance in the future

Thanks for the feedback mate. I guessed that this would be. I decided to replace my current Super Flower PSU to a Corsair RM1000x ATX 3.1, plus I’ll buy the Corsair 90° 12V-2x6 Style B GPU power cable for it. It feels a bit like a downgrade, but it is what it is. I don’t want to melt my setup.
