I live in a subdivision. my neighbor put in a bird feeder on a Sheppards hook about a foot from our fence in their backyard. since then the birds have been crapping all over the place. our vinyl fence is covered, the play scape, driveway, porch, and both cars get bombed every day. I’ve asked them to take it down, but there is a fair bit of wildlife in our area and they like seeing different types of birds.

aside from a covert operation, any suggestions on how to get rid of the bird feeder or birds?
