How did you handle Gmail to Office 365 migration for 200 users?

We recently migrated 200 users from Gmail to Office 365, and it handled bulk migration, folder structure, and attachments cleanly without any data loss. Has anyone else done this at scale? What tool or process worked best for you?

We trained everyone to download everything to pst and mount it in outlook. Didnt pay any consultation. Lots of training and support. Mailbox start anew.

BitTitan isn’t cheap but it does an excellent job.

BitTitan has a lot of unaddressed issues in their setup documentation. I’ve notified them about those and they’ve ignored fixing them. I would not recommend BitTitan these days. I hear Avepoint is a decent alternative.
