Stuttering audio

Hello!
My PC suddenly started having an issue where the audio stutters during things like YouTube videos or while gaming. After some troubleshooting, I updated the BIOS, which seemed to fix the problem… until yesterday, when the exact same issue came back.
The FPS stays stable, only the audio is stuttering for some reason. It happens with both wired and wireless audio outputs. Any ideas on how to fix this? The audio drivers are up to date.
I’ve ran Latencymon, it says… one problem can be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in control panel and bios setup, check for bios updates.
Yesterday I made a clean Windows install, the problem is the same from the first minute..

ASRock B550 PG Velocita
Ryzen 5 5700X3D
RTX 4070 Super
2x16GB 3000mhz RAM

Did you try installing the official drivers from the mobo website?

Yes I did, only installed those after the windows reinstallation..

Try disabling fTPM, any power saving setting, and global c state control in bios. One time when i enabled memory overclocking in my bios it also caused weird issues with sound for some reason but mine is an Intel system but just in case try disabling EXPO

Thanks, I will definitely try this when I get home!
