Possible ammo ban question

Okay, so i bought 540 rounds of streak visual ammunition on gunbroker and some other sites, which is at present CT legal, and now my question is this, whats the shot CT makes it illegal? Do bullets get grandfathered in like guns do?

You realize the streak ammo stuff is not actually real tracer ammo right?
Streak ammo just has a glow in the dark paint applied to the base of the bullet that gets charged with light from the combustion of the gunpowder and then provides a weak trace like effect, and it better be pretty dark when you shoot them because you will NOT see it otherwise.
These are not like real tracers that are actually pyrotechnic and burn very brightly like a chunk of magnesium does. Compare .22 LR tracers to these at the range and it will help you understand this dogshit is a far cry.
legally I dont know how "streak" ammo is classified but its not pyrotechnic so I guess it depends on how any such law is written.

Im aware. My question was because the incendiary ban hit all real traders so this is basically the only other option and CT could decide to just keep these away from us too. If this is discontinued and others pop up, we could see legislation

No, I was asking for rhe future since this ammo is a workaround for the incendiary tracer ban and CT doesnt like workarounds in general.
